Privacy is not a footnote at FitnessLDN, it is the foundation of how we operate. The men and women we coach trust us with their bodies, their schedules, and the quiet details of their lives. This policy explains, in plain language, what we hold, why we hold it, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
Information we hold
Your name, contact details, billing information, completed health and lifestyle questionnaires, training and performance data, and any progress imagery you choose to share. Nothing more than is required to coach you properly.
How it is used
Solely to deliver your programme: designing your training, managing your schedule, processing payments, and communicating with you privately. Your data is never sold, traded, rented or used for third-party marketing.
Confidentiality of the client relationship
Locations, access arrangements, residences, hotels, security protocols and any personal logistics shared with Fahad remain strictly confidential. They are never published, referenced, or disclosed, to anyone, under any circumstance.
Storage and security
Client information is held on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Only Fahad and explicitly authorised members of the FitnessLDN team have visibility, and only on the basis of what is required to support your coaching.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. A short email to info@fitnessldn.com is all that is required, handled personally, never outsourced.
