About Fahad
With 17+ years in fitness, performance, and coaching, I help people build stronger, healthier, and more resilient bodies. My experience spans competitive sport, strength training, and professional coaching. working with professionals, business owners, athletes, parents, and individuals from all backgrounds.
One principle has remained constant: lasting results come from discipline, intelligent training, accountability, and a long-term commitment to health.
The Survival Variable
On 7 May 2024, my life changed forever. I suffered a Type A Aortic Dissection and underwent emergency open-heart surgery to replace my ascending aorta and aortic arch one of the most serious cardiovascular emergencies a person can face.
That experience gave me something no qualification could: a firsthand understanding of recovery, resilience, and the true value of health.
Before surgery, I measured strength by performance. Today, I measure it by what the body can endure, recover from, and sustain over a lifetime. It reshaped my coaching philosophy.
Performance matters. Building muscle matters. Looking good matters. But long-term health comes first.

Every programme I write takes hours, not minutes. I read your assessment line by line, study your history, sit with your goals, and design a plan that fits the person not the trend.

Hours spent designing each block sets, reps, tempos, progressions, deloads. Reviewed and adjusted weekly.

Form checks, voice notes, video reviews. Real coaching not a PDF and silence.

Honest check-ins. We track what matters, we adjust early, and we don't let drift become regression.
